Winners can pickup items on Saturday, August 21, 11am-2pm or contact camp for alternative pickup options.
Items that need to be shipped will have the shipping cost added to the winning bid amount.
Depending on your zip code, shipping will be between $20 - $35.
EXPANDED CATEGORIES! We are adding an ART category, including items such as painting or pottery. We are adding a SERVICE category, including items such as gardening, landscaping, massage therapy, week-long stay for a family or meal for a family of 4-6 people.
Tips for Themes, Sizes and Colors: Choose a theme for your quilt, such as The North Woods or a kid-friendly theme. Actual Twin, Queen & King sizes often sell better than quilts that do not fit on a normal mattress size.
Everyone Loves a Good Story: Having a story to go with your donated item increases its value. This may be something interesting that happened while you were making it, the source of the fabric or a fun fact about your quilt or quilting group.
Display Quilt/Congregational/Individual Matching Program: Some congregations display their quilt OR artwork or item. Invite your congregation or an individual to provide a matching gift as people bid on your quilt or donated item. For example, if a quilt sells for $300, your congregation or individual would match that amount.
Please have your quilts to Luther Crest by Monday, August 2nd, 2021. This means you will have plenty of time to plan and work on your projects.
