Faith and sports meet in these programs
based at our Alex site. Practices are held in the gym of our
air-conditioned program center. In addition to approximately
four hours of daily practice with a high school coach, campers will
take part in most of the other activities Luther Crest has to offer.
Grades listed with each program are for the grade TO BE COMPLETED
PRIOR to the summer.
Fishing (4-6 Grade)
Test your skills and get ready to share your fish stories!
Whether you like to fish already or
want to learn, this is an incredible week! Campers will learn
techniques from local anglers and have plenty of time for fishing on
the Alexandria chain-of-lakes. Bring a fishing pole, tackle box, and
a whole lot of patience. Check-in Sunday afternoon and share your
fish stories at closing worship on Friday. Cost of this camp
includes pontoon and boat gas, bait and other specialty fishing
supplies.

Basketball
(4-6 Grade) It’s a stolen ball,
followed by a fast-break, pass, shoot…and score! Make
memories off and on the court as you learn the FUNdamentals of
basketball! Limited to 24 campers.

basketball, whether on a team at school or just shooting hoops in

spike your way through a week at Luther Crest!
This one's just for the ladies! Spend
the week learning and practicing volleyball skills while at camp!
