On Common Ground

On Common Ground is a team-based program focused on community building and leadership development. Groups will choose from the following activities, developing a program that fits their unique needs.
- Team Play - group-building initiatives
- Challenge Course - low ropes team building
- Climbing Wall - confidence building and leadership training (currently under development)
- Outdoor Survival - orienteering, pioneer challenge
- Cookout/Campout
- Culture Appreciation/Integration
