On Common Ground is a team-based program focused on community building and leadership development. Groups will choose from the following activities, developing a program that fits their unique needs.

• Team Play - group-building initiatives
• Challenge Course - low ropes team building
• Climbing Wall - confidence building and leadership training (currently under development)
• Outdoor Survival - orienteering, pioneer challenge
• Cookout/Campout
• Culture Appreciation/Integration
