Note: Online registration is for summer only youth programs and does not include Intergenerational programs (Women's Week, Generations, or Seeking Peace Monastic Retreat). All registrations submitted online at any time receive a $10 Online Discount. Registrations submitted prior to the early bird deadline of March 15, 2010, receive an additional $20 Early Bird Discount, matching our $30 mail-in Early Bird Discount. The Early Bird Discount will not be shown on your initial registration, but will be applied manually in our camp office and will be reflected in the confirmation packet we send you after processing your payment. The reduced Online Discount prices are listed when registering online, by each camp session for your convenience.

Register Early! All campers are registered on a first come first registered basis. No phone registrations will be taken.

Step 1: Choose a Program

Select a program appropriate for your child, according to the grade in which he/she is presently enrolled prior to the summer (2009-2010 School Year).

Step 2: Registration and Deposit Required

All registrations must include a $100 non-refundable deposit per person (including each family member for all Intergenerational Camps). The deposit is applied to the total fee, with any balance due upon check-in. Pre-registration is necessary. Once a camper has arrived at camp, the entire registration fee in non-refundable. Exceptions may be made and the fee pro-rated in the event of a family emergency.

A Word About Fees

The cost of each camper is subsidized by 40% in gifts from congregations, families and individuals. The Value of Camp includes:

• carefully selected & trained college-aged staff as Christian role models;
• a community which fosters an opportunity for people to walk and grow in faith;
• hands-on Bible Diving, Daily Worship and a focus on Living as Disciples;
• complementary arts and crafts, evening snacks and a DVD to remember your week at camp.

Camperships

Luther Crest would like camp to be affordable for all campers!!! If cost is an issue, we and many churches have camperships available. Contact us to apply!!!

Confirmation Packet

Upon receiving your registration, Luther Crest will send you the following: Confirmation Letter, Map to Camp, Health Form, "What to Bring to Camp" List, and a Code of Conduct. Find some of these forms now!

Roommate Policy

Campers may choose up to two cabin mates. When each camper chooses the others, we will do our best to grant rooming requests. To ensure that all children meet new friends, we will only put up to three friends together in the same cabin.

Incentive Discounts

Early Bird: Deadline has been extended! Register by March 15, 2010 and receive a $30 discount from the total registration cost!!!

Sibling Discount: The first registered family member pays full price; any additional siblings from the same household receive a $25 discount each. These discounts cannot be applied to online registrations at the time of registration. Any corrections following paid fees will take place in the family's choice of a rebate check or canteen discount. Sibling discounts are not applicable to Day Camp or Intergenerational Camps.
