Program Associate

COMMITMENT: Seasonal (August/September to May/June) Ideally, Program Associates will continue to serve Luther Crest as part of the Summer Leadership Staff.

WHAT IS THE JOB? To assist with developing and implementing the programs of Luther Crest Bible Camp and to oversee the Luther Crest Nature Room.

OBJECTIVES: Provide hospitality to retreat groups which use Luther Crest; teach classes to environmental education (EE) groups; ensure that dining, meeting and public spaces are clean and ready for groups; assist in the outreach and promotion to congregations.

SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Theology, Retreat Program, Seasonal Naturalist, Luther Crest Environmental Stewardship Programs, and Public Relations.
