These programs offer specialized fun and
challenges! Campers may travel beyond our Alex home site.
In addition to their specialized activities, campers will
participate in some of the other activities Luther Crest offers. Grades listed with each program are for the grade TO
BE COMPLETED PRIOR to the summer.
LOOKING FOR CANOEING? Wet &
WILDerness (7-8 grade) ***NEW***
Ready for a wild week? This week combines low and high ropes,
canoeing, wilderness and water sports! Begin your week
at Camp Emmaus in Menahga, Minnesota. There you will
participate in the low and high challenge course to b=prepare
yourself physically and mentally for the week ahead. The Crow
Wing River will be your home for the next three days. Paddle
and camp your way downstream until Thursday morning where you will
be shuttled to Luther Crest Alex. Celebrate your journey end
water skiing on the clear, blue waters of Lake Carlos or spend time
at a nearby water park. Individuals or groups can sign up for
this camp. Registration deadline: 30 days before program start
date. Limited to 12 campers.

Mystery
Mission (7-10 grade) God calls us to
serve others in new and different ways each day!
Enjoy a good mystery and love to help others - this is the camp for
you! Each morning campers receive clues about the service
project they will do each day. Teams will travel in a Luther
Crest vehicle, and may stay at local churches, state parks, or back
at camp. Expect a variety of service opportunities as you work
with all ages, learning ways Christians can seek out and experience
justice.

Waterama (9-12
grade) Spend the week on
water! Explore
Lake Carlos and the other lakes which are connected to Alexandria's
chain-of-lakes. Challenge yourself on the lake with
waterskiing, wake-boarding and tubing. Enjoy trips to one of
the nation's largest indoor water parks and a lakeside
tropically-themed destination restaurant. Pack your sunscreen
and water toys! Individuals and groups can sign up for this
camp. Limited to 12 campers.

Tri-Camp
(11-12 grade) For those who ever
wondered what it would be like to work at Luther Crest!
This 3-week experience will help campers see
what a camp counselor does! During the first week, campers
learn about leading songs, games, Bible talks, worships and what it
means to work at camp. The next two weeks will be spent
sharing faith with younger cabins, living and working with a
counselor in a cabin, possibly going to a day camp, going home each
Friday and returning to camp Sunday. References are required
and will be sent when registration is confirmed. Due to
increased demand and expectations, campers must have completed Grade
11. Limited to 10 campers.
